Z is not recognized as UTC timezone indicator

Description

Date, Time and DateTime do not accept 'Z' as indicator for UTC timezone.

Solution:
Change types so that they accept 'Z'. This is done with appendTimeZoneOffset("Z", true, 2, 2).
This lead to the problem that all UTC timezones are printed as 'Z', so 00:00 is not printed anymore.
To react onto this it shall be made configurable if Z or 00:00 shall be printed when the type has UTC timezone. This shall be configurable in the PdpConfiguration.
Reading 'Z' and 00:00 does work anyway.
